5'S Basic Training 5'S short for :- Sort Set in Order Shine Standardizd Sustain 5'S एक ऐसी गतिविधि है जो कम्पनी के अस्तित्व को सुनिश्चित करती है। Short:-   सभी बिना जरुरत के Tools, Material, Suplies को कार्य क्षेत्र से अलग-अलग छांटना चाहिए और उनको अपने निश्चित स्थान पर रखना चाहिए। Set in Order:- सभी अव्यवस्थित चीजों को व्यवस्थित करके उनको क्रमवार रखना चाहिए और उनको Name Plate लगाकर रखना चाहिए। जिससे हमें काम करने के दौरान असुविधा नही होगी। Shine:- जो कार्य करने का स्थान होता है उसे साफ-सुथरा रखना चाहिए। Standardize:-  इसके अन्तर्गत वस्तुओं को साफ करके उनको व्यवस्थित रूप में रखना चाहिए तथा जो वस्तु जहाँ रखी हुई है उस वस्तु का नाम लिखकर उसको रखना चाहिए और सही क्रम में होना चाहिए। Sustain:-  5'S एक आदत है जो हमको हमेशा अपने अन्दर जाग्रत रखनी चाहिए। कार्य क्षेत्र और मुफ्त होने के साथ-साथ Hazard और खतरनाक परिस्थिति से भी मुफ्त होना चाहिए।

A complete enzyme is called Holoenzyme . Fisher suggested  lock & key model for mechanism of enzyme action. Koshland proposed Induced fit hypothesis for mechanims of enzym action.
